Why haven't Southern cooks thought of this before?!

Pimento cheese-stuffed deviled eggs!!!  Yep, you're mouth is already watering, right?   Combine two beloved Southern tailgating dishes with this awesome recipe:



Simply boil the eggs, slice in half, scoop out the yolks, and use those to mix them into this pimento cheese recipe (cut down on the cream cheese a little bit), and stuff back into the egg halves.  Top with chopped chives for color and crunch.
