Iced Irish

Freeze coffee as ice cubes and toss in a cup of Bailey's...oh, ok!

This is pure genius: freeze coffee in ice cube trays, fill a glass with the cubes, and top with Bailey's.  This could work really well in a big thermos for tailgating on early morning game days.  Yum!
