Ahhhmazing!!!!

This incredibly gorgeous Razorback birthday cake was made (from scratch) by the supremely-talented Lauren Holt Matthews.  You'll be even more impressed that Lauren isn't a professional baker . . . she's a PhD candidate at Emory (and huge hog fan)! She definitely ups the ante for all of us mere mortals by proving that the pros aren't the only ones capable of making knock-your-socks-off desserts like this one.
